The Importance of Proper Inspection Lighting on the Quality of Product Finishing
This presentation will focus on the importance of proper inspection lighting as a part of the overall finishing system. Quality assurance involves a consistent process of measuring coating against the standards established. Proper use of inspection areas can reduce quality defects and lower system operational costs by eliminating rejects. Inspection areas require adequate lighting to achieve this. We will focus on available technologies for use in this application. This will include specifics of ease of operation, cost of operation and implementation of available technologies both in new systems and integration into existing systems.
