Are We Ready for Collaborative Paint Robots in the Finishing Industry?
Collaborative robots are the buzz in manufacturing, and we will explore applications and ideas and integration steps for the painting business. Robotic sanding, quality inspection, and mobile carts are applications already available and new tasks continue to be applied. The inherent flexibility and ease of use of the collaborative robot allow for simple applications to be automated. We will review the industry trends, A3 safety guidelines, and integration steps in these new approaches to automation.

Investing in Powder Automation
How bringing automation to your powder coating line can increase profitability. Investigating factors of manual coating to determine the right time to move from manual application to automatic application, and which level of automation makes the most sense. Fixed guns, reciprocators, and robots have their positives and negatives, and lab validation is crucial to customization.
