He’s recognized for his ability to establish a shared vision from inception through to realization.

Very’s VP of Product Engineering, is a distinguished leader specializing in optimizing engineering delivery processes for on-time, on-budget project completion. With master’s degrees in both Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science (Machine Learning focus) from Tennessee Tech and Georgia Tech respectively, he brings deep expertise in IoT development, machine learning, and hardware solutions. Previously a research and design engineer at Variable, Inc., Jeff holds a patent for intelligent color sensing device alignment and has published research on optimal torque control systems. Known for tackling “unsolvable” problems, he applies his expertise across various domains including image processing, natural language, and geospatial data analysis. As the founder of Data Science Chattanooga and a frequent speaker at national IoT events, Jeff actively contributes to the broader technical community while driving innovation in his leadership role.
