F101: Leadership in the 21st Century – There is Nothing Artificial About It

Growing into a better leader is a very intentional process, “it doesn't just happen; you make it happen." With all the hype and attention given to AI, collaboration and entrepreneurial atmospheres, I believe that strong leadership remains a very hands-on activity. This session will explore the three fundamental keys to leadership development and how there is no shortcut, even with all of our 21st century tools, books and consultants. ChatGPT cannot write it, a team cannot do it and a culture does not suffice. Leaders have to lead! And you can develop as a leader.
