During this presentation, participants will learn the concept of "calling staff in" as a powerful approach to creating an inclusive and supportive workplace culture. By shifting the traditional paradigm of "calling out" individuals for their mistakes or shortcomings, leaders can establish an environment that values teamwork, cohesion, and power sharing as core principles.
