F48: Business Builders: Business Growth in an Uncertain Economy

Strategic growth is a daily discipline, not an as needed activity. Economic uncertainty can often cause inaction in business growth activities. Trying to anticipate growing or retracting economies has some benefit to the revenue officer but should largely be left to economists. Whether revenue results are at record levels or in steep decline, business growth processes and activities need to remain active, strategically building relationships that will improve future growth opportunities. This session will be highly interactive. The audience will use laser pointers for preferences and emphasis, as we explore best practices in the strategic growth function regardless of economic cycles.
