This presentation will be geared towards business owners that are contemplating the sale of their manufacturing company or exploring growth through acquisition. The presentation will include an update on recent M&A trends, macro-economic driving forces, and market outlook. We'll also cover a variety of specific company attributes that drive (and diminish) company valuation and outline how business owners can best prepare for the sale of their company. We'll close with a couple case studies that describe real-life M&A outcomes. Attendees will walk away with a basic understanding of what is driving market consolidation and how their specific business would be perceived and valued in today's marketplace.
