This session details how to motivate employees through clear expectations, rewards, and feedback to maximize production, to pay for the increased employee pay pressures inflation is causing. Attendees will learn how to tie employees' self-interest to increasing production throughput, reducing costs, and maximizing productivity. The presentation explains how to clarify what employees need to do today to be doing their part to achieve a bonus. It also explains how to develop feedback and problem-solving systems to drive gains. Every company is a combination of measures and human psychology. Dr. Chuck covers how to use human psychology to drive performance and eliminate entitlement.
