Artificial Intelligence will likely up-end everything small and mid-market manufacturers have simply taken for granted the last 20 years. AI has applications across a wide variety of activities and departments in a typical job shop from the shop floor to the top floor. For the past 30 years, Dave has focused on helping small and mid-market job shops implement technology and maximize their profits, and throughput. A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt holding a masters in Supply Chain Management and an MBA, he is currently pursuing his DBA from Newman University. His dissertation, Making the Complex Simple–Leveraging Improved UI/UX and Artificial Intelligence to improve job satisfaction will be defended in May 2025.
