A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt holding a masters in Supply Chain Management and an MBA, he is currently pursuing his DBA from Newman University. His dissertation, Making the Complex Simple–Leveraging Improved UI/UX and Artificial Intelligence to improve job satisfaction will be defended in May 2025.
