Over 2 decades, Beau has led manufacturing organizations from Plant Manager to Director of Manufacturing in multiple industries. During that time, he compiled hands on leadership responsibilities and also completed his MBA, achieved Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification. In 2015, he launched The Effective Syndicate, a coaching organization that helps manufacturing companies systematize world class processes and winning cultures. Beau helps manufacturing leaders Get Sh!t Done and Win.
Richard Furby

Richard Furby serves as the COO of Mirador Software Group, managing the day-to-day operations of all group companies. He has more than 25 years of technology leadership, sales and consulting experience, having worked with some of the world’s leading companies including Siemens, Standard Life, AIG, Virgin Media, Telefonica, Starbucks, and Pepsi. Prior to joining Mirador, Richard held a number of leadership roles at Forterro, a PE-backed, international, multi-product ERP software group. Most recently, he served as President of Northern Europe and Head of Corporate M&A. Before that, he was the Managing Director of Germany-based Abas Software, Forterro’s largest acquisition. Richard graduated from Southampton Solent University with a BS in Computer Science.
