Riley Hall is involved in advocating for customers, presenting customer feedback to internal teams, and defining the product roadmap. Prior to joining Fictiv, he held a variety of roles in engineering, project management, and sales at Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence, Hilti North America, and Markforged. He holds an MBA from the University of Colorado Boulder and a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan.

Scot Lindemann, CEO of Mission Design & Automation (Mission), has 30+ years of leadership in the Automation and Robotics industry. Throughout his career, Scot has served in various leadership roles for global automation and robotics companies, including Mission, BACA Systems, and JR Automation, and has been instrumental in helping all achieve record growth. Scot is also one of a limited number of recipients of FANUC Robotics’ prestigious President Circle award. He has a passion for intelligent automation and robotics, leadership development, and customer service, and is an avid supporter of FIRST Robotics programs across West Michigan.

Sabrina Paseman is invested in industry-changing technologies and helping technical founders reach their full potential. Misha Govshteyn

Misha Govshteyn has extensive experience in cybersecurity and manufacturing.  Prior to joining MacroFab in 2018, Misha co-founded and held several key roles at Alert Logic, a cybersecurity SaaS company that developed cloud security for Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.  As a mentor, he has assisted several successful startups in implementing their product and go-to-market strategies.
