Dr. Amber Selking is the founder of the Selking Performance Group, where she helps individuals, teams, and organizations unlock sustainable performance excellence through mindset and leadership development. She serves as Chief Culture & Leadership Development Officer at Lippert Components, Inc., a global manufacturing company, and consults with LSU Football and Head Coach Brian Kelly. She previously worked with Notre Dame Football during its winningest five-year run and taught at Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business. A former Notre Dame soccer player with a degree in Management Consulting, Amber began her career in HR before earning a master’s in Sport & Performance Psychology from the University of Denver and a PhD from the University of Missouri. She takes a systems-based, brain-informed approach to performance, helping leaders drive excellence from the locker room to the boardroom. Dr. Selking hosts the Building Championship Mindsets podcast, used internationally to foster mental performance, and is the author of Winning the Mental Game. Named one of Michiana’s “40 under 40,” she lives in South Bend, Indiana with her husband, daughter, and Doberman, Rockne.
