HOTEL RESERVATIONS REGARDING FABTECH 2020 CANCELLATION:
- If you booked a hotel room through onPeak, the only official housing provider for FABTECH 2020, your reservation will be canceled by onPeak.
- If you booked a hotel reservation outside of onPeak (either directly with the hotel or through a different provider), you will need to cancel your reservation. Neither onPeak nor the FABTECH event partners are responsible for those cancellations.
Beware of Unauthorized Housing Companies
onPeak is the only official housing provider associated with FABTECH. While other hotel resellers, such as Diamond Housing Associates, Inc., Convention Housing Planners, Exhibition Housing Manager, Global Housing Corp., Reservation Events, Room Connections, Inc. and Conventions Housing Bureau, may contact you offering housing for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with FABTECH in any way and entering into financial agreements with such companies can have costly consequences. Reservations made through these companies will be at your own risk. If you are contacted by a company (a “pirate” housing company) other than onPeak about booking rooms, please contact us at information@fabtechexpo.com.
Complimentary Hotel Shuttle
Free shuttle bus service is provided between official FABTECH hotels* and McCormick Place, a $30 value. When you receive your attendee registration badge you will see the word “BUS” printed on the badge, as long as you book your hotel under the SAME NAME as your show registration. If anyone is sharing a room with you, you must note their name on the hotel reservation to be sure they receive the complimentary “BUS” designation on their badge(s).
Please note: Attendees must book hotel rooms through onPeak, the official housing provider for FABTECH 2021, to receive complimentary shuttle service. All attendees will be allowed on the shuttle inbound to McCormick Place to pick up credentials. Shuttle passes may be purchased on-site at McCormick Place for $30.

Show floor admission is complimentary if you register by Sept. 9, 2021. After the deadline and on-site, the fee is $50 (US).
