The Proto-1 Single Spinner Orbital Flaring Machine (OFM-2) is engineered for precision and durability in tube end forming applications. Designed with a hydraulic flange collar locking station, this machine is capable of producing 37°, 45°, and 90° flares on tubes and pipes ranging from 0.25" to 2.0" in diameter, with wall thicknesses up to .250". Whether working with thin or heavy materials, cycle times range from 10 to 30 seconds depending on material and form, providing efficient throughput without sacrificing quality.
