Laser-Arc Hybrid Welding Robot
KEBEI’s Laser-Arc Hybrid Welding Robot combines high-power laser welding with arc welding to improve weld penetration, stability, and production efficiency for structural steel applications. Designed for H-beams, box columns, flat welding, T-joints, lap welding, and groove welding, the system helps reduce heat distortion, welding consumables, rework, and dependence on highly experienced manual welders.
The system supports deep penetration welding, visual seam tracking, intelligent parameter control, and stable full-penetration welding performance. For box column production, KEBEI materials show single-operator daily output can increase from 1 piece by manual welding to 5 pieces using laser-arc hybrid welding, while also reducing wire and energy consumption.
