KAAST PS 85 DP Hydraulic Ironworker
The KAAST PS 85 DP Hydraulic Ironworker delivers 90 tons of punching power and combines five fabrication operations into one versatile, space-saving machine. Featuring dedicated stations for punching, flat bar shearing, angle shearing, section bar shearing, and notching, the PS 85 DP is built to increase productivity in fabrication shops, steel service centers, and manufacturing facilities.
Its dual-cylinder design allows operators to punch while simultaneously using a second workstation, maximizing throughput and reducing downtime. Standard features include infinitely variable stroke adjustment, multi-edge shear blades for extended tool life, adjustable backgauges, integrated work tables with stops for improved accuracy, and a 1,000 mm (39.4") electric trigger switch for fast, repeatable production. Each workstation also features jog mode for precise tool and workpiece positioning, giving operators greater control during setup and operation.
For higher-volume applications, the PS 85 DP is available with an optional CNC-controlled material feed system to further automate punching operations and improve production efficiency.
