WILA ToolGripper and NS ATC Tools
With the new WILA ToolGripper, both bottom and top tools with an NS ATC slot can be clamped and moved. The ToolGripper is pneumatic and can also operate the Safety-Clicks of the top tool. The gripper has various mounting options, making it suitable for almost any robot. It can even be configured as a dual unit, allowing tool changes for lengths up to 515 mm.
Almost every New Standard Premium tool is suitable for automatic tool change. For automatic tool change with the WILA ToolGripper, our tools can be equipped with an NS ATC slot and Safety-Click that can be operated from either the front or the back of the tool, or both.
