Accountability is a byproduct of effective leadership and management. I will cut through all red tape about leadership and management to provide the essentials and get to the core of what defines great leaders and managers. I will discuss how leadership consists of 5 key practices, and management also comprises of 5 essential practices. In this interactive presentation the members will assess their performance in each of the 5 areas. I will address how being a great leader doesn't necessarily make you a great manager and vice versa. I will clarify that style or personality is irrelevant. What is crucial and nonnegotiable is you must genuinely care about your people, and you must aspire to be great.
