Diana has over 35 years of experience in the metal finishing industry, focusing on cleaning, conversion coatings, electroless nickel and rust preventatives. She joined DuBois Chemicals from the acquisition of Heatbath Corporation and over the years has been involved in many aspects including quality control, production support, technical service and R&D. She is currently the Director of R&D for DuBois' Surface Finishing Group.
