Over the years I have found some of the same mistakes being made when selecting tooling.

• Vee openings not matching the desired inside bend radius.
• Tooling angle too shallow for the bend and the customer is no longer air bending in an air bend application

What happens when you select the wrong vee opening and your inside bend radius is off? your flat blank is wrong which impacts flange and feature dimensioning.
