  • Date

  • Time

Overview

The rapidly changing landscape of the workforce pool continues to be a concern for the manufacturing industry. Whether small job shops, or major industry players, replacing knowledgeable, retiring employees is a challenge. Attracting younger employees and bridging generational differences must be a focus to overcome the challenge.

This multi-generational panel will address differences in the wants, needs, and goals of older and younger employees, and how employers can use this knowledge to improve their chances of attracting and keeping the new workforce they need from manufacturing, recruiting, and promoting perspectives.

Attendees will gain insights and ideas on what is working and not working, recruiting and training, and ways to replace old standards and beliefs with new outlooks to help improve the work environment to attract and keep the future workforce.
